How Bingo Has Changed My Life: IA Affiliate Manager Erica Anderson

by Erica Anderson

You may have gotten the impression, by reading the title of the post, that I, Erica Anderson, have won a huge bingo jackpot! Although that would be fantastic news (that I’m still open to receiving) bingo has affected my life in a very different way. In fact, I’ve noticed more and more that the culture of “the great bingo game” has slowly permeated my affiliate manager existence and really has started to affect my everyday experience at my job.

I’m so honoured to have been nominated for Best Bingo Affiliate Manager for the iGB Affiliate Awards.  Doesn’t that really tell you how much bingo is a part of my life?

So in the spirit of the iGB Awards, I thought that I would give you some insight into just how much of my life is dedicated to bingo. The following is a short summary of 5 ways that bingo has affected my daily life as an affiliate manager at Income Access:

  1. When sitting at my desk, I often yell out “Bingo!” when a new affiliate signs up to my program. New affiliates make me so excited that I just can’t hold it in.
  2. I always carry a bingo dauber around in my purse, and like to pull it out to mark off my daily checklists. It is so important to make sure that my daily tasks are done!
  3. I’ve named my dog B-i-n-g-o because Bingo is his name-o!
  4. I give preferential treatment to all affiliates who have the number ‘88’ anywhere in their account
  5. I periodically pretend that my computer is a slot machine and like to pull the imaginary lever at the side of my screen.

Now that I’ve given you an idea of my bingo-laden life, I will insert my shameless plug for myself, because I really am quite excited about the whole nomination-thang. So dare I shout:
